Using the tools

Time Calculator offers general time arithmetic and format conversion. You are responsible for entering the correct values, checking results and keeping any records you need.

Calculation limits

Clock calculations do not account for dates, time zones or daylight saving changes. The time card totals the records you enter, without determining wages, overtime, tax, employment entitlements or payroll obligations.

Displayed decimal hours can be rounded. The weekly calculator sums exact seconds before rounding its display. Browser storage and downloads can be unavailable or cleared, so keep your own copy of important records.

Availability and acceptable use

The tools are provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted access or that every result will fit a particular purpose. Do not use the site to interfere with other visitors, evade access restrictions or attempt unauthorized access to private administration.
