Time calculations

The tools calculate in your browser. The times, breaks, dates and results you enter are not sent to a calculation service or stored in a server-side calculation history. No public account is required.

Optional saved time card

Remember this time card on this device is off by default. If you turn it on, your browser stores only the last weekly card, including its entries, display format and week label. That copy expires seven days after its last edit and is cleared when the tool next reads it. It does not sync across devices.

Use Clear saved card or turn off Remember to remove the stored copy. If the browser refuses storage access, the tool explains the problem and lets you continue with the current card in memory. Avoid saving on a shared computer.

Passing a result to another tool

When you choose to pass a shift or duration to another tool, the values can be imported within five minutes. The destination reads and removes that temporary transfer; if unread, it can remain until this browser session ends. The values are not placed in a shareable URL.

Copies and downloads

Copy writes the result to your clipboard when you choose that action. CSV files are created in your browser. Print / Save as PDF uses your browser's print system. You control where downloaded or printed records are kept.

Analytics, advertising and choices

Optional Google Analytics loads only after you allow analytics. It records public page visits and fixed events for completed calculations, copies, CSV downloads and opening print. It receives no calculator entries, results, dates, query parameters or URL fragments from these tools. Advertising and Google signals are disabled. Rejecting analytics leaves all calculators usable. Use Analytics preferences in the footer to change your choice; the preference is stored on this device for 180 days. After withdrawal, analytics stops and this site’s Analytics cookies are removed. Google processes normal connection and device information when its script is allowed.

Technical requests

Your browser must request page files to display the site. Hosting services can process normal connection information, such as an IP address, request path and user agent, to deliver and protect those files. Calculator entries are not included in those requests by the tools.
